Jeramie Kling explains the album art for Mind Trap, saying "At the outset of composing this album, I was overwhelmed by an inescapable sense of confinement. This confinement was not imposed by the creative process or the expectations of previous releases, but rather by the very fabric of our shared existence on this planet. Our world is in a state of profound crisis, and we are all witnessing its aftermath. It is as if a colossal conflagration has engulfed all that we hold dear and trust. I had initially conceived of myself, Taylor and Terry being caught in these various traps on the cover as a blatant representation of being held captive by the world we inhabit. Also, witnessing our deaths cements the very real and foreboding feeling emitted by the term Death Metal”.

Inhuman Condition announced their arrival to the Florida Death Metal scene in the tail-end of 2020. Formed by Jeramie Kling (Overkill) on drums and vocals, Taylor Nordberg (Deicide) on guitar and Terry Butler (Obituary) on bass, the trio formed their own unique blend of groove-laden thrashing death metal. Their debut album Rat°God was released in the spring of 2021 on the band's own Listenable Insanity Records to rave reviews.
The following summer saw the release of Inhuman Condition's sophomore album, Fearsick continuing their underground buzz. The group released an EP, “Panic Prayer” in the summer of 2023 and has since shared the stage with Deicide, Vader, Hatebreed, Origin, Kataklysm, and were invited to play the 2024 edition of the 70k Tons of Metal Cruise.
The first single and the album release date are coming April 2, 2025. While we wait, check out last year's Inhuman Condition offering - the "Panic Prayer" official video here:
