Swedish Heavy Metal Duo Echo And Presence Announce New Single "Remember Me" Out March 30

Heavy metal duo Echo and Presence will release their second single Remember Me on March 30, 2025. Built on the creative chemistry between Belinda Blomqvist and Emma Andersson, the track follows their February debut One Safe Space.

"Remember Me", the second single from Echo and Presence, is set for release on March 30, 2025. The track follows their debut single One Safe Space, which dropped in February and was well received by fans and peers alike. Echo and Presence was formed earlier this year by Belinda Blomqvist (Fear The Fate) and Emma Andersson (Fear The Fate, Cadaverosa, ex-Amaran), who had already built a strong creative connection through previous collaborations.

Belinda and Emma first crossed paths in 2020 while playing together in a Stockholm-based cover band. After a couple of years, they worked together on "A Dark Duality", the debut single from Emma’s solo project Cadaverosa, which sparked a series of successful collaborations. Both eventually left the cover band and focused on other projects, with Belinda becoming a founding member of Fear The Fate in 2023. In early 2024, Emma joined Fear The Fate as a bass player, which reignited their creative partnership. By January 2025, they decided to make it official and formed Echo and Presence as a platform to collaborate permanently on songwriting and creative ideas.

"Remember Me" reflects the band's growing creative synergy. The track combines heavy metal, hard rock, and progressive elements, with Belinda handling the vocals and lyrics while Emma manages instrumentation, growls, and composition. The lyrics explore personal emotions and experiences, with the songwriting, production, and artwork all supporting the narrative behind the words.

Echo and Presence are already working on multiple new tracks with the goal of building a versatile catalog before assembling a live set later in 2025. "Remember Me" offers a glimpse into the band’s evolving sound and the creative direction they’re heading toward.
