Until I Wake Share "Cold" Video — WATCH // Band Touring Through 2023🧊🥶

Buffalo quartet Until I Wake — vocalist Cody Johnson, bassist Ryan Ridley, guitarist August Geitner, and drummer Alex Curtin — have shared the video for new single "Cold."

Watch it below!

"Cold" speaks to the very real struggle of succumbing to one's vices and watching them upend a relationship. While the relationship may be broken beyond repair, you'll always carry the love you had for that person with you. The subject matter is instantly relatable, and it's encased in a musically cathartic package.

"The song is about constantly letting somebody you love down, and having them lose all faith in your relationship," the band states. "It's about how you've allowed all your emotional battles and vices to get in the way of properly caring about someone and destroying your relationship, but reminding them that they do hold a special place in your heart and they aren't just another forgettable fling." More succinctly, the band states, "The song is about letting someone know you still love them — even though you know you suck" Until I Wake initially emerged out of Buffalo in 2020, carving out a lane in the nascent local scene. The band has been steadily bubbling under in the hard rock world ever since. They released a self-titled EP in 2021. Early praise was swift and streams numbered in the tens of millions worldwide. Press accolades from Outburn, Kerrang!, and Alternative Press followed. The band's Fearless Records' debut Inside My Head is out now. It has amassed 31 million streams to date. They've appeared at major rock festivals including Louder Than Life, Upheaval, and So What and will open for Attila on the About That Life 10-Year Anniversary Tour this fall, in addition to appearing at Blue Ridge Rock Festival. Until I Wake will be on tour through 2023. All dates are below.
