Wage War Share "Godspeed (Stripped)" Video

Florida hard rock quintet WAGE WAR Briton Bond [lead vocals], Cody Quistad [rhythm guitar, clean vocals], Seth Blake [lead guitar], Chris Gaylord [bass], and Stephen Kluesener [drums] — have shared "Godspeed (Stripped)."

It's a slightly countrified and twangy version of the original, which appears on 2021's Manic. Ultimately, this version demonstrates the depth and breadth of the band's songwriting.

"'Godspeed' was one of our favorite songs off of Manic. As soon as we finished in the studio, we knew it need the 'Stripped' treatment," Wage War shares. "We always try to give each song its own unique style. Growing up in the South, the song naturally adopted a country flare. We hope everyone enjoys the first acoustic breakdown — that we know of."
